Leadership Overview
I design strategic pathways for organisations ready to turn sustainability and technological challenges into competitive advantages.
Drawing on two decades of transformation experience and a Design Innovation PhD focused on AI in sustainable systems, I help C-suite executives and their teams bridge the gap between ambitious sustainability goals and practical implementation.
My approach combines systems thinking with design innovation to create clear pathways for transformation, enabling organisations to achieve measurable impact while building resilience for the future.
As founder of Source Transitions, I partner with forward-thinking leaders to implement strategic changes that drive sustainable futures through ethical innovation. My work with IEEE Planet Positive, UN AI for Good, and as an Expert Mentor for OECD's GPAI SRAIS programme brings international insights to local challenges.
My passion lies in helping organisations discover new pathways through complex transitions. I specialise in designing transformative strategies that align AI capabilities with sustainability goals, creating genuine competitive advantage through responsible innovation. Through deep engagement with leadership teams, I help build organisational resilience using design-led change, developing clear pathways for strategic sustainability transitions that deliver measurable results.
Our Think-Do Tank methodology represents a unique approach to transformation. We begin with thorough research, but quickly move to focused experimentation. Working in codesign and transdisciplinary settings, we create the conditions for accelerated learning - essential when the need to act with purpose is as pressing as it is today. This enables us to guide rapid yet sustainable change, selecting and delivering innovation in ways that effectively integrate AI for sustainability approaches.
At the heart of Source Transitions lies a fundamental belief: for solutions to truly serve people and planet, they need to solve real problems for real people. We've discovered that the most innovative ideas for using AI in sustainability transitions often emerge from unexpected places. Our approach centres on ensuring technology serves people and planet, with every innovation validated through real-world testing. This commitment extends to our business model - we reinvest all profits into projects led by communities and not-for-profit organisations who share our vision of codesigning future systems and models.
Our impact extends through carefully cultivated partnerships. We work closely with Response Ability Consulting Europe Ltd, exploring and scaling human-centred solutions for the wellbeing of people and planet. Our collaboration with Source Agility brings deep expertise in sustainable ways of working and iterative delivery performance. These partnerships, combined with our research relationships with vocational and higher education institutions across Australia and Europe, enable us to bring global insights to local challenges.
Our work continues to evolve and expand. Currently, we're leading workshops at the AI for Good Summit, developing participatory futures through our innovative 100-day vision to action challenge, and supporting organisations in implementing responsible AI practices. Each initiative reflects our commitment to guiding organisations through sustainability transitions with practical, measurable outcomes.
